Dynapac Asphalt/Soil Equipment : Single Drum Soil Rollers

B&W Equipment Company offer many different models of Dynapac Rollers which include Single Drum Soil Compact Rollers, Tandem Asphalt Rollers, Combi Rollers, and Static Rollers.

Dynapac’s range of small and medium-size vibratory rollers are used to compact all types of soil with the exception of rockfill. The rollers are suitable for most types of road construction, airfields, dam construction, harbour projects and industrial constructions. Heavy-size vibratory rollers are used for a very wide range of applications. The thickness and grade of the drum’s steel are adapted for compacting rockfill, although vibratory rollers are also known for their excellent performance on other types of fill. A special version with a padfoot drum (PD) is available for compacting cohesive soils.

CA134

The new CA134 is a vibratory roller designed for compaction operations in pipe trenches, on road shoulders and in cramped spaces in connection with refilling work. The roller is also suitable for repair work on dams, power stations, parking lots and airfields. The machine is available in two versions, D and PD. The smooth drum version with drum drive (D) gives good maneuverability even on very steep slopes. The PD version, equipped with pads and drum drive, is especially suitable for the compaction of silt and clayey soils.

CA302 DCO

The CA302 DCO is a modern vibratory roller - ideal for a wide range of applications. The innovative eccentric system allows the operator to choose between six different amplitudes ranging from 0,4 to 2 mm. The machine is also equipped with a device that measures the ground stiffness and adjusts the amplitude accordingly. A well-compacted material is stiffer and consequently requires less amplitude. This system supports the operator in achieving the required compaction faster and more efficiently. The heavy drum ensures excellent resistance to wear - even in compaction operations on rock fill.
