Dynapac Asphalt/Soil Equipment : Combi Rollers

B&W Equipment Company offer many different models of Dynapac Rollers which include Single Drum Soil Compact Rollers, Tandem Asphalt Rollers, Combi Rollers, and Static Rollers.

The combi-versions are equipped with four rubber tires at the rear instead of a drum. The rubber wheels are driven in pairs by separate propulsion motors, thus minimising the risk of damaging newly laid asphalt compound when making sharp turns. The rubber wheels ensure a denser and smoother surface on the asphalt, a feature that is sometimes required.

CC102C

The CC102C is specially designed for repair work on asphalt compounds, but can also be used for paving small streets, sidewalks and bicycle trails. It's often used as a complement to bigger rollers for compacting cross-joints and restricted spaces. This combi version is perfect when compacting thin layers and soft asphalt compounds.

CC142C

The CC142C is a typical ”town roller” for compacting asphalt compounds on streets, parking lots and industrial sites. The capacity for this type of work is adequate for following a smaller-size surface finisher. This combi version is also intended for minor paving jobs on low-traffic asphalt areas where a level and attractive surface structure is desired. Typical workplaces—in addition to sidewalks and bicycle trails—are therefore parks, golf courses and sports fields.

CC232CHF

An articulated tandem roller featuring a unique ability for pivotal steering on the rear drum, giving up to 500 mm offset. CC232CHF is used primarily for asphalt paving of roads, streets and industrial areas but also suitable on gravel for base courses. This machine has four rubber tyres at the rear instead of a drum. The rubber wheels ensure a denser and smoother surface on the asphalt, a feature that is sometimes required. It's also fitted with a split drum in front, which facilitate smooth action of the roller and reduce the risk of cracks in the asphalt in sharp bends or round traffic roundabouts. The CC232CHF has got the high frequency technique for the low amplitude as standard.
